In last week's GOP debate, Texas Gov. Rick Perry defended his HPV mandatory vaccination, saying that he would "always err on the side of saving lives." Rep. Michelle Bachmann attacked Perry, and later said that HPV vaccines can cause mental retardation. What are the real issues behind the HPV vaccination controversy?
